"Subtle wood notes frame borderline excessively ripe aromas of prune and porto and the ripeness continues onto the incredibly rich, opulent and thick flavors that are extremely structured though not hard and this finishes with noticeable warmth. This will best please those who enjoy powerful and ultra ripe pinot but it's too ripe for me to enjoy as it lacks the same degree of elegance that the finest in this range display."
